Tennant Referral Program
Terms and Conditions

  1. The referral opportunity must be registered, qualified and a sale must result for the payment to occur.
  2. For a referral opportunity to be ‘qualified’, referral details cannot be for an existing Tennant customer or a company that is already in the Tennant sales pipeline at the time the referral is provided.
  3. Payment will be made to you or your company (as per your request) when:
    - the qualified referral results in a sale, and
    - payment is made by the customer organisation.
  4. Referral payments are for Tennant products sold via our Direct sales channel only and do not include products from the Tennant distributor channel.
  5. This system will be reviewed annually and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice if it is found that the program is being misused or inappropriately administered.
  6. Persons found to be misusing the program will be disqualified and ineligible for payments.
  7. All amounts are in Australian and New Zealand Dollars and this referral program is specifically open to Australia/New Zealand-based business participants only.
